The cutting types are as follows:
NORMAL: For the traditional automobile keys and door locks.
IDEAL: This is the most innovative that can be found in automobile locks, with this type of cutting the union be-
tween the angles of the biting is automatically defined by the machine, establishing codlings with variable angles.
This facilitates the displacement of the key and extends the life cycle of the lock.
FLAT: This is used above all in automobile locks, in which the edges of the biting are eliminated to facilitate the
displacement of the pistons or plates when introducing the key into the lock.
10.6 JAW SETTING
The MULTICODE SINGLE machine is fitted with an electrical contact on the horizontal tool for cutting serrated keys,
as well as an electrical sensor that detects collision or contact with the key or clamp. This feature of the machine
allows for machine adjustment using the CRG adjustment tools (serrated key part in clamp MP1) for the horizontal tool.
To adjust the jaw, go to settings (A) of the application and then choose the adjustment area (B).
