You can correct malfunctions that occur during daily operation yourself. The following
tables will help you to locate and correct the causes of malfunction.

Possible cause
Connection between
the controller and
the nebuliser
handset/aerosol
head interrupted.
No medication
added.
Inhalation
interrupted.
The maximum
operating time of
20 minutes for an
inhalation session
has been exceeded.
Battery charge
level 50%.
Battery flat.
Solution
- Verify that all parts
are securely
connected.
- Replace the
aerosol head and/
or the connection
cord if damaged.
If the fault persists,
contact your service
partner.
Add medication.
Resume inhalation
by restarting the
device (press
ON/OFF button).
Resume inhalation
by restarting the
device (press
ON/OFF button).
Have new batteries
on hand.
Insert new batteries
or operate with the
power adapter
connected.
