Installation site requirements

- Fix the appliance at sufficiently high, stable and heat-resistant cookware only. We recommend the use of an
appropriately large cooking pot. Position it in a way that it does not have to be moved during the entire cooking
procedure. Place the pot on a stable, sufficiently heat-resistant surface out of reach of children. Keep a safe
distance to hot cooktops, gas flames or other sources of heat.
- Make sure that the appliance is fixed vertically at the pot rim and has a firm hold.
- During the operation hot steam will form. Make sure that there is enough space next to and above the
appliance/pot.
- Ensure that the power cord does not have any contact to hot surfaces at the device or other hot surfaces such
as cooktops or hot liquids. Make sure it does not pass over sharp edges and is not kinked or bent.
- Also ensure that the power cord used does not hang down from the table or counter so that no one can trip
over it and cause the appliance to be pulled down.
