Precautions
1. To avoid damage to the Doppler Velocity Log (DVL) device due to the use in the
air for a long time, the DVL will automatically shut down after being turned on for
30 seconds in the air.
2. The DVL shall be installed and connected only when the ROV is powered off.
3. The DVL mounting kit shall be calibrated in the app before use.
Other
1. Currently, this kit is only applicable to CHASING M2, CHASING M2 PRO, and
CHASING M2 PRO MAX ROVs;
2. When not in use, do not expose the device to the sun. Store the device in a cool
place or a dedicated case.
3. After each use, rinse with fresh water, wipe and dry in the air, and put the device
back to the packing box.
4. To avoid any influences on the operations, the distance between the ROV in use
and the seabed (water bottom) shall not exceed the operating range of the DVL.
