Appendix - Troubleshooting
If you have difficulty with your digital TV set-top receiver, there are several
possibilities you should investigate before calling Channel Master.
CAUTION: If the problems are still unsolved after you're done all of these. Do not disassemble
the device yourself! Please contact the dealer or a trained personal for assistance.

Check that the power cord is
plugged into the power outlet
Press the POWER key on the front
panel to switch to operation mode
Check to make sure HDMI cable
is connected to HDMI Out to TV
Check antenna connection
Set correct parameters
Connect it securely
Press MUTE key on the RCU
to restore volume
Increase the volume to suitable
level
Please go to Audio Setting menu,
select proper audio mode and
proper audio language
Connect the video cable securely
