1.
The machine is arranged for the photocell setting (11) in vertical and horizontal position to easily detect high low and irregular-
shaped products.
2.
It is also possible to adjust the distance of the photocell from the sealing bar to optimize products insertion.
3.
With low products it is in fact possible get the photocell closer to the sealing bar so to reduce the distance between one
product and the other one.
4.
In case you have high products, move the photocell away from the sealing bar so to reduce the distance of the product to be
packed from the next one , in order not to hinder the lowering of the sealing frame.
5.
The machine is equipped with a rod (12) for film support. The position of this rod (obtained by acting on the screw 13) follows
the one of the photocell.
In case of low products, refer to point 3. In case of high products, refer to point 4.

Die Maschine ist für die vertikale und horizontale Positionierung der Fotozelle (11) vorgesehen, um die Erkennung flacher,
hoher und unregelmässiger Produkte zu erleichtern.

Es kann weiterhin der Abstand zwischen der Fotozelle auf der Schweissleiste eingestellt werden, um die Produkteinführung zu
optimieren.
3.
Bei flachen Produkten kann die Fotozelle an die Leiste angenähert werden, um den Abstand zwischen zwei Produkten zu
verringern.
4.
Bei hohen Produkten hingegen muss die Fotozelle weiter von der Schweissleiste entfernt plaziert werden, um den Abstand des
zu verpackenden Produkts von dem darauffolgenden zu vergrössern, damit das Absenken des Schweissrahmens nicht
behindert wird.
5.
Die Maschine ist mit einer Halteleiste (12) für die Folie ausgestattet, die entsprechend der Fotozelle (11), durch Schraube (13)
positioniert wird.
Bei flachen Produkten Punkt 3 befolgen. Bei hohen Produkten Punkt 4 befolgen.

Pour faciliter les rélevements de produits bas, hauts ou avec une forme irregulière, la machine est prévue pour le
positionnement de la cellule photoélectrique horizontale et verticale.

Vous pouvez aussi régler la distance entre la cellule photoélectrique et la barre soudante pour faciliter l'introduction des
produits.
3.
Avec produits bas on peut approcher la céllule photoéletrique à la barre soudante pour rèduire la distance entre un produit et
l'autre.
4.
Pour conditionner produits hauts, éloignez la cellule photoélectrique de la barre soudante. Dans cette façon vous éloignez le
produit à conditionner du prochain et n'entravez pas la descente du châssis de soudure.
5.
La machine est douée d'un support metallique qui soutiens la pellicule (12). Le positionnement de la pellicule (obtenu en
agissant sur la vis 13) va suivre celui de la cellule photoélectrique.
Pour produits bas, référez-vous au point 3. Pour produits hauts, référez-vous au point 4.

La máquina está preparada para poder colocar la fotocélula (11) para la lectura vertical y horizontal, y así facilitar la detección
de productos bajos, altos y de forma irregular.

Además, es posible regular la distancia de la fotocélula desde la barra de soldadura, para optimar la introducción de los
productos.

En efecto, con los productos bajos es posible acercar la fotocélula a la barra de soldadura, para reducir la distancia entre un
producto y el otro.

En cambio, en el caso de productos altos, hay que alejar la fotocélula de la barra de soldadura, para distanciar el producto que
se está empaquetando del sucesivo, de modo que no obstaculice el descenso del bastidor de soldadura.
5.
La máquina tiene una varilla (12) para sostener la película, cuyo posicionamiento, que se obtiene actuando sobre el tornillo
(13), sigue el de la fotocélula (11).
En el caso de productos bajos, refiérase al punto 3. En el caso de productos altos, refiérase al punto 4.
