WarninG: Shut off the power at the circuit breaker or fuse panel before removing the old fixture, ballast, or
fluorescent tubes.
If you are unfamiliar with electrical installations, we recommend you contact a qualified electrician to do the installation.
InstaLLatIon
1. Shut off power at the
electrical panel before
Knock out hole
beginning the installation.
2. Use a screw driver to
remove the bottom panel of
the motion sensor (A), and
punch out the knock out
hole on the bottom panel.
3. Feed the electrical wires
from the motion sensor

through the knock out
hole and install the bottom
A
panel back onto the motion
sensor.

4. Take your ETi strip light and remove the lens cover. Then unplug the wire connectors to disconnect the terminal.
5. Remove only one of the plastic covers. The motion sensor will replace the plastic cover.
6. Feed the wires from the motion sensor through the knock out holes in the fixture body and make the electrical
connections.
7. Snap the motion sensor to the fixture body. Slide the switch to the desired position to select a
hold-time of either 2 min, 5 min, or 15 min. Snap the lens cover back onto the fixture body.
8. Restore the power to the electrical box.

CaUTiOn: Before attempting to clean the light fixture, disconnect the power to the fixture by turning the breaker
off or removing the fuse from the fuse box. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cleaners with chemicals,
solvents, or harsh abrasives. Do not use liquid cleaner on the LEDs, LED driver, or wiring.

circuit breaker. • This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation codes by a person

To reduce the possibility of serious injury, always take the proper precautions and unplug the fixture before moving
or cleaning. • Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires electrical

Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction features and dimensions shown in the photographs
and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire. •
Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation. • To
prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects.

WarninG: THIS RETROFIT KIT IS ACCEPTED AS A COMPONENT OF A LUMINAIRE WHERE THE SUITABILITY OF THE
COMBINATION SHALL BE DETERMINED BY AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. • Installers should not disconnect
existing wires from lampholder terminals to make new connections at lampholder terminals. Instead installers
should cut existing lampholder leads away from the lampholder and make new electrical connections to lampholder
lead wires by employing applicable connectors.

This product is warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and

the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, which

InstaLLatIon

électriques.
7. Enclenchez le détecteur de mouvement sur le corps de la lampe. Glissez le commutateur à la position voulue pour
sélectionner la durée : 2 min., 5 min, ou 15 min. Réenclenchez le diffuseur sur le corps de la lampe.
8. Remettez le circuit sous tension.
