Q2: How to charge the charging case?
1. Connect with a Type-C charging adapter to
charge the charging case.(Charging current
is not greater than 1A).
2. When not using for a long time, please
charge it once every three months at least.
Q3: Why are the earphones still connected to the phone when the earphones
are put back into the charging case and the charging case is closed?
1. The charging case has no remaining power. The earphone will not power o in
charging case when charging case has no power.
2. Make sure the earphones are properly placed in the charging case and the
charging metal piece and pin are clean. Please try to clean the charging
contact area between the charging box and the earphones with a so cloth.
