2. Area of application / Operation
The BAKA lift table can be used as a working, assembly and feed table. It can also be
used as a transport vehicle and for many other applications in industry and commerce.
The unit is intended for indoor use. Routes to be travelled with the unit must show high
evenness and sufficient strength and must not be inclined.
It has an undercarriage with steering and running rollers. One steering roller is equipped
with a hand brake.
The dust-protected hydraulics have a hard chrome-plated piston rod.
The telescopic lift mast runs in maintenance-free guide rollers.
3. Operation
3.1. Commissioning / Operating
If you did not receive your BAKA lift table from one of our field engineers, we recommend
that you thoroughly check the unit before first operation. Claims for damage in transit must
be submitted to the carrier for resolution.
All hydraulics are supplied ready for use, i.e. filled with oil and with the air completely
removed.
NOTE for units with rapid lift: HT-2.62, HT-2.72, HT-7.62, HT-8.62, HT-8.72
The red sealing cap on the reservoir lid of the foot-operated pump must be removed
and replaced with the supplied bleeder screw before operation.
Attention!
Manually operated units are not suitable for traversing steep levels.
The unit must be checked for operating safety and correct function before every use.
3.2 Lifting
The lifting is done by operating the pump pedal. The lifting piston is limited at the topmost
lift position. This means the pump lever can no longer be operated in this position.
Attention:
-
Continuing to pump forcefully damages the hydraulics!
-
The rapid lift must not be used for lifting loads!
