4. Safety instructions

• This appliance can be used by the children aged 8 years and by
the individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities
or lack of experience and/or knowledge, if they use it under
supervision or have been instructed regarding the safe use of the
appliance and have understood the consequential risks.
• Children are not allowed to play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance is not allowed to be carried out
by the children without supervision, unless they are above 8 years
and are monitored.
• Children younger than 8 years should be kept away from the
appliance and the connecting cable.
• This appliance is specifically designed to be used in the house
and for home-based applications such as
... in the kitchen for employees in the shops, offices and other
commercial areas;
... in the agricultural premises;
... by customers in hotels, motels and other residential facilities;
... in Bed and Breakfast (B&B).
• This appliance is not designed to be operated by an external
timer or a separate supervisory control system.
• Do not open the lid while the water is boiling.
• Fill the appliance only up to the maximum filling level otherwise
the boiling water can spout.
