1. SAFETY MEASURES AND REQUIREMENTS
Please read these instructions carefully in order to let the
unit work safely and efficiently.
•
Both these units and their peripheral elements must
be handled by qualified technical personnel.
•
Make sure the installation is carried out according to
the current regulations of the country.
•
Do not assemble the unit on an irregular or unstable
surface.
•
This unit is conceived to work in vertical position.
•
The unit must be placed in a clear area far from
possible impacts, electromagnetic noise sources and
pipelines of gas, steam or water.
•
Do not leave any object on the unit.
•
Warranty is cancelled if the user modifies, adds or
suppresses any part of the unit.
•
All components involved in maintenance tasks must
be the ones registered in the spare parts list supplied
by the manufacturer. If another kind of products is
used, the warranty can be lost.
•
The installation of the dosing system must be done
according the instructions of this manual.
•
Power supply must be 110/230 VAC.
•
Before carrying out any manipulation task it is
essential to disconnect the equipment from the
electrical network.
•
Always use wires in good condition.
•
Water supply in the laundry must accomplish the
specifications contained in this manual.
•
The unit has to be configured according to the
manual of programming.
•
Chemical products have to be stored in the proper
tanks far from the unit.
•
Handling of chemical products requires the proper
safety measures such as protective glasses, mask
and gloves.
1. MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD Y EXIGENCIAS
Por favor lea estas instrucciones atentamente para un buen
funcionamiento del equipo.
•
Tanto estos equipos como sus elementos periféricos
deben ser manejados por técnicos cualificados.
•
Asegúrese que la instalación se realizada según las
normativas vigentes del país.
•
No montar el equipo sobre una superficie irregular o
inestable.
•
Este equipo está diseñado para trabajar en posición
vertical.
•
El equipo debe estar colocado en un área despejada,
lejos
de
posibles
electromagnético, de tuberías de gas, fuentes de
calor, vapor o agua.
•
No dejar ningún objeto sobre el equipo.
•
La garantía quedará anulada si el usuario modifica,
agrega o quita cualquier componente o parte del
equipo.
•
Todos los componentes implicados en tareas de
mantenimiento deben ser los indicados en la lista de
piezas de recambio suministrada por el fabricante. Al
usar otros componentes se asume la pérdida de la
garantía.
•
La instalación del equipo dosificador tiene que hacerse
siguiendo las instrucciones este manual.
•
La alimentación eléctrica del sistema deberá ser
110/230 VAC.
•
Usar siempre cables en buen estado.
•
Antes de realizar cualquier tarea de manipulación es
imprescindible desconectar el equipo de la red
eléctrica.
•
El abastecimiento de agua al sistema debe ceñirse a
los datos descritos en este manual.
•
El equipo debe ser configurado de acuerdo al manual
de programación.
•
Los productos químicos deben ser almacenados en
tanques adecuados y lejos del equipo.
•
El manejo de productos químicos requiere las medidas
de seguridad apropiadas e indicadas por el fabricante
de los químicos y además del uso de como cristales
protectores, máscara y guantes.
