4. START-UP
After having installed the unit, we can carry out the start-up by
following these steps:
4.1 Previous requirement and unit configuration
Make sure that the laundry is created in Dositec Cloud and
the equipment is registered in it. In this way the obtaining of
statistical data will be enabled.
Start the equipment through the side switch. The service
pilot will light. The Wi-Fi network will be enabled after
approximately 1 minute.
4.1.1 Equipment without Internet connection
It will be necessary to have downloaded Dositec Cloud
users, configuration and formulas files. Connect to the Wi-Fi
network of the device identified as MULTITEC_6_xxxxx. You
will find it on the side label of the team.
Access the Web Server and transfer the files.
See Web Server manual.
4.1.2 Equipment with Internet connection
In this case, the previous transfer of files is not necessary.
After about 5 minutes from power-up, the equipment will
download the necessary information for its configuration.
Connect to the Wi-Fi network of the device identified as
MULTITEC_6_xxxxx. You will find it on the side label of the
team.
Access the Web Server. See Web Server manual..
4.2.
Priming tubes with water to washer extractors
All the outlet tubes must be filled with water. So as to do it we
can access the calibration screen and select 'Water' at the
calibration mode.
After checking that there are no leaks, we can continue with
the start-up.
4.3
Priming the suction tubes of every product
We have to fill each tube that goes from the suction tube to the
pumps using the calibration screen as in the previous step. In
this case, we will select 'Product' as the calibration mode.
After priming each tube, the channel must be cleaned. It is
important to take into account the chemical incompatibilities
choosing the order of the products to be primed.
4.4 Calibration of products
We must keep 'Product' on the calibration screen. As in the
previous step, we will select each product and press the
calibration button sending the dosing to a washer extractor.
Having obtained the sample, we have to insert the true value of
milliliters on the screen.
4.5 Calibration of water
The water must be calibrated to the furthest washer extractor.
4.6 Checking the dosing
To ensure that the meter works correctly, we can perform
manual dosings and take a sample. The amount obtained
must be the same as the estimated amount that appears on
the screen.
The manual dosings have to be done without the flush, which
involves doing a channel cleaning.
4. PUESTA EN MARCHA
Después de haber instalado el equipo, podemos realizar la puesta en
marcha siguiendo estos pasos:
4.1 Requisitos previos y configuración.
Asegúrese que la lavandería está creada en Dositec Cloud y que
el equipo está dado de alta en la misma. De este modo la
obtención de datos estadísticos quedará habilitada.
Ponga en marcha el equipo a través del interruptor lateral. La
piloto de servicio se encenderá. Se habilitará la red wifi al cabo
de aproximadamente 1 minuto.
4.1.1 Equipos sin conexión a Internet.
Será necesario haber descargado los archivos de usuarios,
configuración y fórmulas de Dositec Cloud. Conéctese a la red
wifi del equipo identificada como MULTITEC_6_xxxxx. Lo
encontrará en la etiqueta del lateral del equipo.
Aceda al Web Server y transfiera los archivos
Véase manual de Web Server.
4.1.2 Equipos con conexión a Internet.
En este caso no es necesaria la transferencia previa de archivos.
Transcurridos unos 5 minutos desde el encendido, el equipo
descargará la información necesaria para su configuración.
Conéctese a la red wifi del equipo identificada como
MULTITEC_6_xxxxx. Lo encontrará en la etiqueta del lateral del
equipo.
Acceda al Web Server. Véase manual de Web Server.
4.2 Cebado con agua de los tubos a las lavadoras.
Todos los tubos de salida deben estar llenos del agua. Para ello
podemos acceder a la pantalla de calibración y seleccionar 'Agua'
como modo de calibración.
Después de comprobar que no hay fugas, podemos seguir con la
puesta en marcha.
4.3 Cebado tubos de aspiración de cada producto.
Tenemos que llenar cada tubo que va de la caña de aspiración a
las bombas usando la pantalla de calibración como en el paso
anterior. En este caso, seleccionaremos 'Producto' como el modo
de calibración.
Después del cebado de cada tubo, hay que limpiar el canal. Es
importante tener en cuenta las incompatibilidades químicas
escogiendo la orden de los productos a cebar.
4.4 Calibración de los productos.
Debemos mantener 'Producto' en la pantalla de calibración.
Como en el paso anterior, seleccionaremos cada producto y
presionaremos el botón de calibración enviando la dosificación a
una lavadora. Después de la adquisición de la muestra, tenemos
que insertar el verdadero valor de mililitros en la pantalla.
4.5 Calibración del agua.
El agua debe ser calibrada a la lavadora más lejana.
4.6 Comprobación de la dosificación.
Para estar seguros que el contador trabaja correctamente,
podemos realizar dosificaciones manuales y tomar una muestra.
La cantidad obtenida debe ser la misma que la estimada que
aparece en la pantalla. Las dosificaciones manuales tienen que
ser hechas sin el arrastre, que implica hacer una limpieza de
canal.
