The Insane by fun pro has a HIC compression system. First of all, make
yourself familiar with the components.
Test that all components are correctly connected. To do this, take the scooter
by the handle ends and by the deck and shake each one. Nothing should move
on the handlebars.
After assembly, start with slow and careful test rides and retighten the screws
of (d) slightly after a few minutes.
(A) Is the „deck" of the scooter.
(B) Is the HIC compression cylinder.
(C) Plug screw for mounting (B).
(D) 4-way terminal.
(E) Handlebar tube.
First, insert the HIC cylinder (B) to
the fork of (A). With screw (C), you
now connect (A) and (B).
Put the clamp (D) on the end of (E)
and put both together on (B).
Tighten the Allen screws of (D)
slightly. Before you fully tighten
the screws, align the handlebars
correctly (orthogonal to the deck).
Now close the screws of (D)
completely.
