10. Milk Temperature Control
Correct milk storage temperature
The correct milk storage temperature is 5°C (41°F) or less.
This temperature can be checked with the thermometer
placed inside the compartment.
Milk storage temperature not correct
When the temperature exceeds 5°C (41°F) and
remains at this value for a prolonged period of
time, the storage temperature is not correct.
Remove the milk containers and place them in
the refrigerator. Wait until the temperature returns
to approximately 5°C (41°F) before replacing the
containers in the machine.
If the problem persists, call the authorized servicing
department.
Refrigerator unit temperature adjustment
To adjust the refrigerator unit temperature turn the
thermostat knob (3).
- When the knob is turned clockwise, the milk storage
temperature is decreased.
- When the knob is turned anti-clockwise, the milk storage
temperature is increased.
11. Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning the milk circuit
To be performed at the end of each working day.
Clean internal area of milk suction tube from both
sides.
Internal cleaning
To be performed at the end of each working day.
Clean the inside of the machine and the door (2) using
products and methods usually used for objects that come
into contact with foodstuffs. Remove any organic residue.
N.B.:
Do not use abrasive products.
Do not use products that contain ammoniac and
methyl alcohol or have an alkaline base.
External panels
Clean with a soft cloth using products containing NO
ammonia or abrasive substances. Remove any organic
residues.
Note. Do not spray any liquids in the slots.
