Maintenance is essential to extend the life of any
farming equipment, to improve performance and
provide greater safety.

General Maintenance

For every 10 hours of work
At the end of each working day, it is recommended to clean the machine so that its parts are always in good

working condition.
Lubricate the cardan shaft crosshead for the TRR 280.

Perform a general inspection to check for leaks of hydraulic oil or the presence of damage parts

Make sure the blades are in good condition, sharp and perfectly set.

For every 25 hours of work
Lubricate the bearings of the rotor through the lubrication points.

Lubricate cardan bearings through the lubrication points.

For every 50 hours of work
Make sure the belts are tight.

Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight.

Maintenance motor a gasoline (TRR 190; TRR 260)
First 5 hours
Change the oil of the crankcase

Every 8 hours or daily
Check the oil level

Clean the area around the muffler and the controls

Clean the protective screen

Every 25 hours or yearly
Clean the air filter

Clean the pre-purifier

Every 50 hours or yearly
Change the engine oil

Check the muffler and spark arrester

Yearly
Replace the oil filter

Replace the pre-purifier

Replace the spark plug

Replace the fuel filter

Clean the air cooling system

Note: 1) In very dusty places or when particles brought by the air are present, clean more frequently.
