OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the operating instructions before use!
USE OF THE CHARGER:
Plug-in charger with discharge function for 2 or 4 nickel metal hydride (NiMH) or nickel
cadmium (NiCd) batteries of the sizes Micro AAA, Mignon AA or 1 x 9V block.
ATTENTION
• Use only with NiCD/NiMH cells. Non rechargeable batteries or other types could
cause an explosion!
• Do not attempt to charge Alkaline batteries or other types of primary batteries
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire as the battery may explode, leak or catch fire

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep the charger in a dry place (indoor or in-vehicle use only); In order to avoid the
risk of fire and / or electrical shock, the charger must be protected against high humidity
and water; Ensure that the ventilation slots are kept free, to guarantee perfect function
of the unit and avoid over-heating; Do not plug in the charger if there are any signs of
damage to the housing, cables or plugs; Do not open or reconstruct the charger or any
adaptors; In the case of a defect, please return to an authorized service centre; Keep out
of reach of children; Disconnect the device from the mains after use; To clean the device
please disconnect from the mains and use only a dry cloth; Charge only batteries of the
same size (AA or AAA) at the same time. Do not mix Micro AAA and Mignon AA; Either
insert NiMH or NiCd batteries. Never charge NiCd and NiMH batteries at the same time;
