8. Troubleshooting

If you come up against some problems shown in the following table, please first check if wires are
properly connected. If wires are properly connected but there are still problems, please contact the
nearest service agents and do not disassemble the machine by yourself.

8. Troubleshooting
Solutions
Check if Bluetooth in mobile is turned on, and
if it is matched and connected with the one
in the unit
Music player in mobile needs to be turned on
first, car audio then can be played music by
Bluetooth
If the vehicle power is properly installed, turn
the shift knob to ACC.
Make sure no short circuit occurs on the line
and replace the fuse.
Adjust the volume to your required level.
Check the wiring diagram and make sure
wires are properly connected.
Please pull out the device and reinsert it.
Check the speaker cables.
Properly connect wires.
Properly connect the antenna and pull it out
as long as possible.
Rotate the antenna to proper direction.
Turn off the power and power it on again.
